paranoia (part 2)
now i'm officially paranoid. after that incident last monday (i was almost robbed), paranoid na ako sa maraming bagay: sa mga lalaking katabi sa jeep/bus/fx particularly.
Pero kanina, a peculiar thing happened to me again. There's this one guy na kasabay ko sa bus papuntang SM Fairview. Nauna syang nakapasok sa mall so i didn't mind him at all. Malapit sa entrance ng mall was a Greenwich stand, and since super thirsty na ako, i went there to buy a pearl cooler. When i looked around, i saw that same guy in the cd stand asking the sales lady about something. Again, it seemed like nothing so i didn't mind him. Then i don't know what came over me to think that he might be following me (you see, sa bus pa lang kasi i notice him looking in my direction - not the you're-cute-i-want-to-look-at-your-face type of stare a, it's more of a creepy stare). So yun, i continued walking but i wansn't sure which direction to go, so i just turned left to the department store para maraming tao. To my surprise, when i looked back, he's walking in the same direction! Pero hindi muna ako nag-panic. pumasok ako sa department store at lumiko kung saan saan para in case sinusundan man nya ako at least mahihirapan syang hanapin ako. Sobrang nagulat talaga ako when i found out na andun din sya, parang may hinahanap! Ayun na, naging super paranoid na ako kasi hindi ko naman sya kilala tas bakit nya ako sinusundan?! Waah! Kakatakot talaga yun! Good thing after 2 minutes of hiding through the stall of clothes, finally i lost him. Hay... why do this things happen to me? Ang scary a!
Well anyway, enough of this spooky things that had been happening to me. Kanina sa Gawad Kalinga site, we were asked to help the residents na ayusin yung area na paggaganapan nung ground breaking sa monday. I hesitated nung una kasi syempre, alam kong they are expecting us to do hard work like magpala ng lupa (which is mostly putik because of the rains) at magbuhat ng mga bato, etcetera etcetera. Hindi naman sa nag-iinarte ako pero, hindi lang ako sanay sa mga ganoong gawain. Pero i gladly helped pa rin - with Maan, Janna, Joyce, Mae and Wright. Ayun, ang sarap lang ng feeling knowing na that small gesture will come a long way kasi doon sisimulan ang pagtatayo ng mga bahay at pangarap ng mga tao doon. The children we are tutoring also helped - ang saya-saya nila, para lang silang naglalaro. Sabi nga ni Maan, alam kasi nila na para sa kanila rin yun e kaya masaya silang tumutulong.
Hay... rewarding naman yung pangyayaring yun. Sana lang, by doing these small acts of kindness, e bigyan din ako ni God ng reward - by helping me pass my Stat exam on saturday...hehehe!
