some thoughts
Congratulations to Rico Villanueva for winning the Best Player of the Conference award!BOO naman kay Kerby (hahaha spelled like derby) Raymundo for being too proud of himself and not accepting the fact that Rico is way better than him. sabi nya kanina during the end game when Jason Webb was interviewing him: alam ko sa sarili ko na ako ang MVP! As in pasigaw nyang ginawa yan at halatang masama ang loob nya. What a confidence this guy has nga naman. Syempre sarili nya yun so he would definitely think HE DESERVES to be MVP.Well, sorry dude. Apparently, other players, the fans, and the judges don't think so. Hindi naman siguro mananalo si Rico if the others (obviously a lot) didn't think he's the best ano. Of course I initially (and originally) wanted my RenRen to win MVP of the conference coz for me he's the best tlaga pero i decided that if he wouldn't get the MVP, no one else but Rico should (my philosophy is that the MVP can go to any player except Purefoods' players). Aside from the fact that he's from the Ateneo (my favorite school next to UP), i also think that he's a really good player: both offensively and defensively (what with all the slam dunks he can do - amazing talaga!). He wouldn't be awarded as Most Improved Player last conference for nothing no. Kaya if i were Mr. Yabang Raymundo, i would just accept the fact that Jose Enrico Villanueva is a better player than i am (according to those who voted). Wag masyadong confident sa sarili dude! May pa not-me not-me gesture ka pa before the announcement, i'm sure feeling mo talaga ikaw ang mananalo. well, ito lang masasabi ko sa'yo: hahahaha! talo!

"Real love is when you love someone without asking for anything in return. It's when even a passing smile can make your day, a small pat on the back can make you feel alive and the mere sound of his/her voice can move you to break out into a song inside.
Real love isn't fate nor is it written in the stars. You , yourself, have to make love happen. It's a choice; a commitment that you stand up for. And even if you're uncertain if he'she loves you back, you take the risk of facing whatever pain that would come your way simply because you believe he/she is worth everything and more."
